Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 pm starting Tuesday, September 17 for 6 weeks.
Truly transformative, this 6-week therapy group incorporates a trauma informed, person centered approach using psychoeducation and expressive arts therapy to increase self-awareness, self-regulation, and a positive self-reference. Creative exercises throughout encourage members to reflect on their lived experiences from their own perspective.
This small group will be facilitated by Expressive Arts Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist, Sandra Cesario, and student interns from the CREATE Institute.
Cost: $400/per person for 6-weeks (materials included)
