Besa Shemovski Thomas is a graphic designer and illustrator with a Diploma in Graphic Design from George Brown College. She has a passion for art and helping people. Besa has worked on branding Dori Zener & Associates, Asperfemme and the Good Company; helping to bring the autistic community together with her visual talent. Occasionally, she also time keeps hockey games. In addition, she has a background in public speaking and was a member of Toastmasters International for over a decade. She is passionate about supporting autistic women at various points on their journey and continues to care for her autistic brother.
In addition to co-facilitating Good Company meetings, she is the creative spark behind the Good Company Welcome Package and created the video for our research project with CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) on Peer Support for Autistic Women.
