Career Matching Bundle: The client will sign up on a monthly subscription basis, I will create a profile based on the client’s skill set, career interests and goals and will send the client five tailored job opportunities each week. For an additional monthly cost, I can assist with applying for those roles, with resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile tailoring.
About Janna:
Janna started her career as a job coach and eventually transitioning into recruiting work. She combines experience from both sides of the fence (the employer and the employee), which helps clients gain insight into what employers and recruiters are looking for, and to tailor the job application, resume and Linked-in profile to ensure the best possible chance to secure interviews. Janna is very passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals and has been a long-time neurodiversity advocate. Most recently, she spent the last two years working for the Nunavummi Disabilities Makinnasuaqtiit Society, in the role of a career specialist. She also has experience managing and leading a team in the non-profit sector, making her an invaluable resource in supporting others in a team leadership or management role.
