Clémentine Pirlot is a software developer, diagnosed late like many autistic women, who has since been trying to exercise compassion towards her authentic autistic self and raise awareness of the experience of autistic women. Her website features an article that documents her experience of late diagnosis, as well as resources for autistic adults to self-advocate in the workplace. In 2021 she will co-present, with a therapist, a talk about autism at the Ontario Association of Social Workers. She has been an Asperfemme member for a year and is delighted to become a co-facilitator of Good Company.
